Events
ODVSS runs various events and campaigns throughout the year to continue to raise vital funds to provide essential services for victims of domestic violence and abuse.
ODVSS depend on the generosity of the public to support all our fundraisers and are very grateful for all the support given to the organization whether it be running fundraisers, assisting with events, collecting donations, giving out information, walking, running, swimming, sky diving or any other activity to help with our events.
2021 Tullamore College TY students raise funds for ODVSS on Go Purple Day
An Garda Siochana raised awareness of Domestic Violence issues across the country on Friday 23rd April by iniating the GO PURPLE Day and in county Offaly both Birr and Tullamore stations were active in their efforts to help people realise there is help available for children, women and men, who experience violence in the home.
Tullamore College TY students Cassie Guinan and Niamh Gorman with the encouragement of their TY Co-ordinator Mr. Meehan took up the challenge and raised €190.80 for victims of domestic abuse in Offaly.

Information and Intercultural Coffee Morning 2020
On the 14th of February 2020 we held an Information and Intercultural Coffee Morning at our premises in Tullamore. The coffee morning was a great success and was attended by people from many different parts of the world from South Africa to India. It was great to meet so many different nations and talk about how life differs around the world. Our Ethnic Minority Development Worker made cakes from different cultures and hosted the event.
